Police release new details about deadly crash

The Tucson Police Department has released new details about a deadly crash that occurred on Tuesday in midtown Tucson. According to TPD, a 34-year-old motorcyclist was killed in the crash. The motorcyclist has been identified as a 21-year-old woman who was a passenger on the motorcycle.

Police say that the crash occurred at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2024, at the intersection of Broadway Boulevard and Euclid Avenue. The motorcyclist was traveling eastbound on Broadway Boulevard when they collided with a vehicle that was turning left onto Euclid Avenue.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle was not injured.

Police are still investigating the crash. No further information is available at this time.
